Sekhem All-Love Intensive with Patrick Zeigler

The 8-Day Sekhem All-Love Intensive at Centrum ViaDaan in ’s-Gravendeel, the Netherlands, offers an opportunity to go deeper into the experiential teachings of Sekhem All-Love.

This unique class is a blend of a regular class and a retreat, creating more space and time for the energy, practices and individual processes to unfold naturally.

Throughout these eight days, participants may move through different layers of physical awareness, emotional experience, mental observation, spiritual opening and integration.

Focus of the Program

This Sekhem All-Love Intensive may include:

* Guided meditation and Shenu Meditation

* Connected All-Love Breathing

* Physical and energetic awareness

* Natural shaking and movement

* Conscious use of sound and emotional expression

* Opening of the heart

* Individual practices, partner exercises and group work

* Silence, rest, reflection and integration

* Exploration of non-duality and direct experience

The intention is not to create or induce a predetermined spiritual experience. The retreat creates a supportive field in which participants can become more present, allow what is ready to move to unfold, and rest more deeply in the Living Heart.

Patrick Zeigler is the founder of Sekhem as an energetic healing modality and the founder of the Sekhem All-Love approach. Since the early 1980s, he has shared meditation, breathwork, energetic awareness and direct spiritual experience with people around the world.

Daniëlle Hooymeijer

Daniëlle Hooymeijer is a Sekhem All-Love Teacher and holistic therapist in the Netherlands. Drawing on many years of experience with Sekhem All-Love, meditation, breathwork and body-oriented processes, she guides people toward a deeper connection with themselves.

At the heart of her work is the experience, integration and embodiment of inner processes in everyday life.

Arnoud Hooymeijer

Wonderfully grounded — quite literally down to earth — and with a generous dose of humor.

Spirituality and consciousness work can be deeply meaningful, but that doesn’t mean we have to take everything too seriously.

Arnoud reflects things back to you with humor, clarity and a grounded perspective, allowing even challenging subjects to remain lighter and more accessible. This combination creates space for awareness to grow while keeping both feet firmly on the ground.
