A living teaching

The Power of Consciousness Becoming Present

The word Sekhem comes from ancient Egypt and is often understood as power, living force, or the power of powers. This is not power over another person. It is the living power that appears when consciousness becomes present in the body, the heart opens, and life is allowed to move without being controlled at every moment.

All-Love is both a phrase and a doorway. It includes movement and stillness, strength and tenderness, Heaven and Earth, individuality and unity. It does not ask you to escape your humanity. It invites the deepest spiritual presence to enter the whole of your life.

You do not have to leave the body to find the Divine.

Direct experience

Do Not Simply Believe. Enter the Experience.

Sekhem All-Love is not only a method that can be memorized. It is a living experience that must be entered. Ideas can orient us, but the deeper teaching begins when the mind becomes quiet enough to listen.

The heart becomes a meeting place. Light descends from above. The strength and wisdom of Earth rise from below. The two currents meet within the spiritual heart, where spirit and body are no longer separate.

Each person meets the work differently. Some experience stillness, inner sound, warmth, emotion, energy, or a widening of awareness. Others notice very little at first. Both are welcome. No person's experience is the measure of anyone else's.

Sekhem All-Love is an experiential spiritual practice. It is not medical or psychological treatment, and no particular outcome is promised.

The living foundation

The 12 Principles of Sekhem All-Love

These principles are not commandments and Sekhem All-Love is not a belief system. They are doorways into direct experience. Each one invites the teaching to move from an idea into the heart, the body, and everyday life.

    Love Is the Source

    Love is not only an emotion or preference. It is the living field in which every experience arises. Nothing exists outside the possibility of returning to love.

    The Heart Is the Doorway

    The spiritual heart is where Heaven and Earth, spirit and body, individuality and unity can meet. We do not force the heart open. We learn to approach it with presence.

    Direct Experience Is the True Teacher

    Teachings, traditions, and symbols can guide us, but they cannot replace knowing. What matters is what becomes real within consciousness and how it changes the life we live.

    The Breath Carries Us Home

    Breath joins the voluntary and involuntary, effort and surrender, body and spirit. Inhale All. Exhale Love. With every breath, separation can soften.

    The Body Is a Temple of Living Vibration

    Awakening is not an escape from the body. Sensation, movement, stillness, and energy can become doorways through which consciousness enters embodied life.

    Energy Is Allowed, Not Forced

    Living energy has its own intelligence. We create safe conditions, listen, and allow. Intensity is never a measure of spiritual depth.

    Emotions Are Energy Seeking Completion

    Grief, anger, fear, and joy each carry movement. They can be felt and expressed without becoming permanent identities or being acted out against another person.

    Everything Is Included

    All-Love makes room for light and shadow, certainty and mystery, strength and tenderness. Inclusion does not remove discernment or boundaries. Love can say no, leave harm, and tell the truth.

    Pain deepens when it becomes isolation or identity. Presence allows what has been divided to return gradually to relationship, awareness, and wholeness.

    Awakening Must Be Embodied

    A spiritual opening may happen in a moment, but embodiment continues through ordinary life. Insight becomes action. Compassion becomes relationship. Light reaches the feet and touches the Earth.

    Every Soul Has Its Own Authority

    Teachers can offer a map and hold a steady field, but no teacher can have another person's awakening. Each person retains choice, discernment, consent, and responsibility.

    Love Becomes Service

    The fruit of awakening is not spiritual importance. It is the growing capacity to listen, care, create, speak truth, hold space responsibly, and bring love into the world.

The teaching becomes complete when love is lived.

The four bodies

One life, met through four doorways

Physical, emotional, mental, spiritual — a map for attention rather than a claim about anatomy. Touch a ring to explore it.

The body that breathes, aches, rests and knows.

Practice begins where you already are: in sensation, posture, tiredness, warmth. Nothing is bypassed. Attention returns to the body again and again, not to fix it, but to be present with it.

These four are described as one continuous life, not four separate selves. What is noticed in each differs from person to person — and from one sitting to the next.

Practice Turns Teaching Into Experience

The practices of Sekhem All-Love use breath, awareness, sound, movement, and stillness to invite consciousness more deeply into the body. They are not performances and they are not rigid formulas. Each practice is a doorway.

    All-Love Breath

    Inhale All. Exhale Love. This gentle daily practice gathers the whole of experience into the heart and allows separation to soften without forcing the breath.

    Shenu Meditation

    A living meditation of awareness, inner listening, natural movement, and surrender. Shenu invites the body and soul to reveal their own intelligence.

  3. 03

    Inner Light and Inner Sound

    Attention turns toward the subtle light, tone, vibration, and silence beneath ordinary thought. These are not achievements. They are possible anchors into direct presence.

  4. 04

    Earth and Heaven in the Heart

    Feel the strength of Earth rise through the feet as living light descends from above. Let both currents meet in the spiritual heart and become embodied.

  5. 05

    Conscious Connected Breathwork

    In a properly supported setting, the breath becomes a steady wave. Effort and surrender meet, energy may move, and the active breath eventually releases into deep stillness and integration.

  6. 06

    Integration

    The experience continues after the meditation or workshop. Rest, nourishment, grounded awareness, honest boundaries, and one embodied action allow the opening to enter daily life.

One energy, many doorways

Your Experience Is Your Own

Each person meets the work differently. Some feel physical vibration, warmth, trembling, or natural movement. Some encounter emotion, memory, inner imagery, or a quiet shift in perception. Others enter spaciousness, inner sound, light, stillness, or a simple sense of being fully present.

No particular response is required. A quiet experience is not an empty experience. Intensity is not proof of spiritual depth. The invitation is to remain present, listen to the body, and allow only what is ready.

  • Sensation and movement

  • Feeling and expression

  • Thought and perception

  • Silence and direct presence

The experience does not need to be dramatic to be real.

Non-dual awareness

Beyond the Labels, Love Simply Is

Symbols and spiritual forms can help the mind begin. A person may connect through Egypt, angels, ancestors, sacred sound, Earth, Heaven, a teacher, or a familiar image of the Divine. These forms can become doorways, but they are not the final destination.

Sekhem All-Love gradually invites awareness beyond higher and lower, masculine and feminine, light and dark, self and other. In the formless field, consciousness is not divided against itself.

This does not mean becoming passive or abandoning discernment. All-Love includes the strength to establish boundaries, leave harm, speak clearly, and protect what is sacred.

Origin and living lineage

Meet Patrick Zeigler

Patrick Zeigler is the originator of Sekhem as an energy-healing modality and the founder and teacher of Sekhem All-Love.

In 1980, during an overnight experience in the King's Chamber of the Great Pyramid of Giza, Patrick entered a powerful encounter with living energy and consciousness that became foundational to the work. His path continued through Sufi study in Egypt and Sudan, where zikr and the remembrance of divine love deepened the living mantra of All-Love.

Beginning in 1982, Patrick spent approximately two years in the Himalayas of Nepal, meditating and studying with local shamans and spiritual teachers. Patrick first introduced Sekhem publicly in 1984. In 1985 he spent one year working in a refugee camp in Sudan, assisting with sanitation and developing a modular toilet system.

For more than four decades, the work has continued to evolve through direct experience, meditation, breath, group practice, and teaching around the world. Patrick does not present himself as a guru. The teacher's role is to create a supportive field in which each person can discover the truth within their own experience.

The teacher can hold the doorway, but each soul must enter through its own heart.
