Choosing Who Will Travel With You

A guided meditative journey through time, souls and the relationships that have shaped who we are. It is a journey into the connections we carry in our hearts, and a reunion with the souls we chose before arriving on this planet.

Let each breath become a bridge. Let each memory be a blessing. Whatever emotion arises can be received as a gift from your soul, moving toward healing and reconnection.

Every great journey begins with an intentional choice. You will work with the grandfather with whom you feel the strongest connection. If both of your grandfathers are equally dear to you, let your heart choose. The right energy will present itself when you make space for it. There is no right or wrong choice, only what resonates most truthfully within you now.

Later, when it is time to invite a child into the meditation, you may bring your son or daughter, a nephew or niece, someone who is like your own child, or any child who holds a special place in your heart. If you do not have children but dream of having them, you can travel into the future and feel that connection in advance.

The same applies to romantic love. If you have not yet experienced a great romantic love, use your imagination freely and intentionally. Consciousness does not distinguish between memory and vision.
