### Energy can reveal what has been held

Sharing: The most profound experience I have had with the energy so far began when my hands started vibrating so intensely that I felt anyone near me would have been able to feel it. The sensation began to radiate through my whole body.

I started recognizing something that reminded me of the idea of pain centres. Pain began appearing in parts of my body where I had not felt pain for some time. It made sense to me as the energy moved through places where pain had been held.

During an earlier experience, I felt as though I still had my breast, and I understood that a healing was taking place. I had not consciously realized how much pain I had been holding. This experience was different. I became aware that my womb was gone, yet it did not feel as though it were simply absent. It felt as though it had been drawn upward inside me and had begun to open.

That was enormous for me because I have been sexually repressed for many years. This was not a sexual experience, but it involved organs that had been used to define me as a woman. The whole experience made it clear that what defines me as a woman is not my breast, my vagina, or everything that was removed. It is my heart. I am still a woman.

At one point I felt pressure on my feet, as though somebody were holding them. I felt tapping here, and later one tap there. I did not think anyone was around other than another participant.

Response: There are helpers. That is why there is no need to be too concerned. There is a great deal of support.

Sharing: The experience had a profound effect. It left my cynicism overturned and replaced with awe.
