When the Energy Becomes Directly Felt

A participant shared that this had been the most profound experience they had yet had with the energy. Their hands vibrated so intensely that it seemed the energy could be felt by anyone nearby, and then the sensation began to radiate through the whole body.

As the experience unfolded, pain appeared in places where it had not been felt for some time. This brought a recognition that stored pain could be present without being consciously known. In an earlier experience, the participant had felt as though a removed part of the breast were still present. This time, the experience moved differently and more deeply.

The participant felt as though the womb, which had been removed, had been drawn upward inside the body and had begun to open. They connected this with years of sexual repression, while also knowing that the experience itself was not sexual. It involved organs that had seemed to define them as a woman, and the understanding came clearly that womanhood was not defined by the breast, vagina or anything else that had been removed. It was defined by the heart. The participant remained a woman.

At one point, there was a literal sensation of pressure on the feet, as though someone were holding them. There was tapping in one place, and later another tap somewhere else. The participant did not think anyone had been nearby except for another person in the room.

Support is available within the work in ways that may not be immediately visible. The experience left the participant in awe and overturned their usual cynicism.
