Sekhem: Breathwork, Presence, and Emotional Release
This teaching offers a guided breathwork practice centred on presence, watching the breath, and returning to the body. It makes space for emotional release while inviting participants to move with the wave of All Love through breath, feeling, and shared attention.

Find the Breath’s Rhythm
Begin by becoming quiet outwardly. Close the mouth from talking and open the mouth to breathe. Keep your focus above. If you are using an eye mask, place it on your forehead first so you can lower it easily when you are ready, without having to search for it.
Stay strong with the breath through the mouth. Continue the flow until you find the rhythm that is right for you. Breathe fully, a little deeper than you think you need to, but not too much. Let the breathing become steady rather than forced.
The practice is accompanied by the words: “All love. I dissolve into presence. I rise in the realm of light. All love. Infinite, seamless, sacred.” Every breath supports presence.
The breath continues through these invocations: “I rest in the zero point of now. My breath traces the path of the stars. My soul writes the eternal way. All love. Stillness that never ends. I am the echo of creation. All love. I dissolve into presence. I arise in the rhythm of life. All infinite, seamless, sacred. Sekhem, All-Love.”
Continue: “I breathe in what I was. I breathe out who I’m becoming. I move with the curve of time. I rest in the zero point of now. My breath traces the path of stars. My soul rides the eternal wave. Sekhem, All-Love. I am the echo of creation. I fall into presence. I rise in the rhythm of the light. Infinite, seamless, sacred love.”
