Sekhem: Deepening in Sekhem Without Striving

Meditation is not an achievement to strive for, but an opportunity to deepen together in Sekhem. This teaching explores how different brainwaves can be active together and offers individual support for noticing the experience and going deeper.

Sharing: Deepening Together Without Striving

Teaching by Patrick Zeigler.

Sharing: “We were saying we woke up to a new day.”

The work can clear things out, leaving the sense of waking to a new day.

Sekhem classes are not a sequence of level-one, level-two and level-three technical courses. People can return at any time and take the class as many times as they wish. Some have continued coming for twenty years.

Some teachings are repeated, but the main thing is connecting to the energy. Each time, there is an opportunity to go a little deeper.

The work is also shared. There is a group consciousness to work with: everyone is working and sharing together, the energy is growing, and people are going deeper.
