Sekhem Meditation: Twelve Strands of Light in the Heart
Patrick Zeigler teaches a twelve-strand DNA visualization connecting heaven, Earth, lineage, past and future in the spiritual heart, followed by rest and integration. Read and explore the practice.
This meditation begins in a single cell within the spiritual heart center and moves through axes of lineage, time, and twelve-strand DNA. The practice invites you to embody the vibration, let every cell receive the code, and then rest and integrate.
Begin with One Cell
Come into your heart. Imagine that you are locating one cell within your spiritual heart center.
Focus on that one cell. Breathe into it and send love into it. You can do All Love.
Now bring your attention to the top of your head, then move your awareness far above your head. Feel a brilliant sun there. From the sun, bring down the first axis of light. Feel it coming through the top of your head, continuing down into your feet and connecting with the Earth.
Feel this axis of light between heaven and Earth. Move your awareness back into the heavens and connect with the divine DNA. From this divine source, feel two helixes of light coming down through your crown and entering the cell in your heart. As the two strands enter, feel an expansion in your heart, a divine DNA activation.
Bring your awareness down into the Earth and connect with the heart of the Earth. From there, bring up the blueprint of the Earth DNA. In order for the divine to exist on planet Earth, the blueprint of the Earth needs to be added so that we can exist here on the planet.
Two strands come down from heaven and two strands come up from the Earth. These make four strands. Feel heaven and Earth merging in your heart.
Feel this axis of light, heaven and earth.
Come into your spiritual heart center and locate one cell.
Breathe into the cell and send love into it. You can do All Love.
Move your awareness far above your head and feel the brilliant sun.
Bring an axis of light down through your crown and feet, connecting with the Earth.
Connect with the divine DNA and feel two helixes of light enter the cell from heaven.
Connect with the heart of the Earth and bring two strands of the Earth DNA blueprint into the cell.
Feel the four strands from heaven and Earth merging in your heart.
