Sharing: Recognising the Feeling and Allowing It to Open
Sekhem teaching with Patrick Zeigler.
Sharing: “At the beginning, it was beautiful and interesting because I felt the shaking. I had come into the session in a very bad state of mind. When you asked what emotion was behind the shaking, I started giggling. It was just joy. I wondered, ‘Where is this coming from?’”
Sharing: “Then the energy reached an area where it would not go down any further. I could not get it to move. It began moving from the bottom upward, but I stayed in that area for nearly the whole session.”
Sharing: “At the beginning, when you said to go deeper, I tried to focus on it. The more I focused on it, the more it contracted. I was thinking, ‘But I want to let go. I want to release.’ It stayed like that for a long time.”
Sharing: “At some point, it felt as though it wanted to open. I could see something like a hole, and I tried to go into it. When I could really see myself walking into a chamber through that hole, new feelings came out. Slowly, slowly, it began opening, and then I felt the energy flowing.”
Response: “Perfect. That’s wonderful.”
Sharing: “There was one more thing. I could feel it flowing fully downward, and then I tried to reverse it upward. It stopped at what I think is the second chakra. I have had several miscarriages, and possibly another one, and I am going through a separation.”
Sharing: “There is a long story. I caused pain by leaving; they felt abandoned. The children began being very aggressive with me. It has been a journey from being a very gentle, kind mother to discovering something in myself that I never knew existed. I can be very harsh.”
Sharing: “It shocks me when I am that harsh. It happened recently. I was very harsh with them, and it hurts me so deeply because I do not want to hurt them. I think this is a pain around mothering, feeling that I am not being a good mother, that I cannot mother, and that I am just hurting them.”
Response: “I thought you did fantastic. You went through all the steps. First, you identify what it is.”
