Bring attention from the heart to the crown, feeling a beautiful flower opening there. Invite the initiations, feel the column of light, and allow the experience to involve the whole body. Become the wave rather than holding still, letting the body move as it needs while continuing to feel the heart.
Sekhem All Love: Opening the Heart and Allowing the Wave

Begin the Sekhem All Love practice together in a circle. Eyes may be open or closed, and holding hands is optional. If remaining seated is not possible, lying down is an option. Integration at the end may also take place in a chair.
Bring attention into the spiritual heart through the breath. Notice what is there. Relax the jaw and allow the body to move if movement begins on its own. The movement can be like a wave passing through the whole body.
Feel the doorways in the heart opening. If tears arise, feel them rather than holding them back. Sound can be part of the expression. Feel what is happening physically as well as emotionally.
