Sharing: Inner Sound, Breath and Embodiment

Teacher: Patrick Zeigler.

Sharing: Focusing on the breath can bring a fear of not being able to breathe. During the All Love breath, breathing out love and breathing in all, there were distractions and a brief feeling of approaching hyperventilation. The first part passed quickly, with periods of sleep and dreams. Later, attention turned to a cricket-like sound, then to other sounds appearing to the left and right. Following those sounds led to a moment like a forceful waterfall, very loud and full of vibration, yet blissful and peaceful.

The mind interprets spiritual experiences through what it already knows of the world. It does not understand the flow of energy or timelessness, so it places familiar experiences and images onto what is happening. A flow of energy may become the image of a waterfall.

There is the physical body, and there is what can be called the soul body. The soul body is pure energy. When the mind cannot comprehend that energy directly, it finds something it can relate to: a waterfall or another familiar image.

This is an expansion of consciousness into other dimensions. Yet even these experiences are not the final step. The final step is the void. Going all the way back, there is simply space, the pure consciousness of love.
