Energy healing
Sekhem Energy Healing
Sekhem began, as Patrick Zeigler describes it, as an energy-healing modality. Over four decades it has grown into Sekhem All-Love, a heart-centered path of presence, meditation and direct experience.
What the practice is
Patrick began teaching the energy publicly in 1984, after his experience inside the Great Pyramid in 1980. At first it was shared as a healing technique. Through his own practice the emphasis moved steadily away from symbols and levels and toward direct experience.
Today Sekhem All-Love brings the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies into one field of awareness. Patrick presents it as an invitation to experience, not a belief to adopt. You can read the full account in the history of Sekhem.
Heart-centered meditation
The awakening of the spiritual heart sits at the center of the work. Meditation, conscious breath, Inner Sound and gentle movement help attention settle into the heart, where Patrick teaches that All-Love can be felt directly.
Try the Shenu meditation, the Inner Sound meditation or All-Love breathwork to get a feel for it.
What beginners can expect
Expect quiet, guided time rather than a performance. Sessions usually combine meditation, breath and rest, often in a group, and every person's experience is their own. Nothing is required of you beyond curiosity and willingness to be present.

Questions beginners ask
- Do I need experience to begin?
- No. Workshops and teachings are open to newcomers. Patrick invites people to begin with their own direct experience rather than with a belief system.
- Is Sekhem a medical treatment?
- No. Sekhem All-Love is a spiritual and experiential practice. It is not a substitute for medical care, and no health outcome is promised.
- What happens in a session or workshop?
- Patrick guides meditation, conscious breath, Inner Sound and quiet group presence, with time to rest in the heart. Each gathering unfolds a little differently.
- Where can I try it?
- You can start with free teachings and meditations on this site, then join a workshop, retreat or private session when you feel ready.
